Refund policy

Every Catalyst Clubhouse order is embroidered to order with your logo. Before anything is stitched, we send a digital mockup proof showing your logo, placement, size and thread colors, and nothing goes into production until you approve it.

Because each piece is made to your approved proof, we don't accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, color, placement or change of mind. Please check sizing before ordering, and contact us with any questions.

Defects

If an item arrives with a defect in the garment or the embroidery, or the embroidery doesn't match the proof you approved, we'll replace the item or refund it.

To report a defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem:
