Shipping policy

Timeline

• Mockup proof: we send a digital mockup within 1 business day of your order and artwork.
• Production: typically 10 business days after you approve the proof.
• Shipping: time in transit is added after production (see below).

Nothing goes into production until you approve the proof, so the production clock starts at approval.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. Orders ship from our warehouse in Argyle, Texas.

Rates and delivery times

• Standard (3–5 business days in transit): $8.00, free on orders of $70 or more.
• Express (1–2 business days in transit): $15.00.

You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
