Upload a clean vector logo (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) when possible. A high-resolution PNG can also work. If you don't have your file ready, send it after ordering; we will confirm the artwork before digitizing or production.

What makes a logo stitch well?

Bold shapes and legible lettering usually translate best. Very small text, fine lines, gradients, and photographic details may need simplification. We will flag any needed adjustment and show the embroidery proof for approval.

What to include

• Your preferred logo version and brand colors.
• Any thread color requirements.
• The selected garment and placement.
• Notes about any existing brand mark you want us to work around.

We confirm the final stitch size and placement for each garment before production.
