Can I order just one piece?

Yes. Eligible styles start at one piece. Any item-specific minimum or stock limit is shown on the product or confirmed before production.

Is embroidery included in the price?

Yes. The listed price includes one embroidered logo in one location, up to 10,000 stitches. If your logo needs more stitches, we invoice the difference during the proof phase, before anything goes into production. Additional locations are quoted separately.

Which brands do you carry?

Peter Millar, Greyson, Holderness & Bourne and Johnnie-O, in men's and women's styles.

What decoration methods do you offer?

Embroidery only. It gives a polished finish suited to premium polos and layers.

Where can my logo go?

Common options are left chest, right chest, collarbone, sleeve and back yoke. The exact choices depend on the garment and its existing brand mark. Review the placement guide for recommended sizes.

Do I approve a proof?

Yes. Within 1 business day of receiving your order and artwork, we send a digital mockup proof showing the logo size, placement and thread colors. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.

How long will my order take?

Mockup proof within 1 business day of receiving your order and artwork. Production typically takes 10 business days after you approve the proof, plus shipping. Orders ship UPS, with rates calculated at checkout, and standard shipping is free on orders of $500 or more. See our shipping policy.

Can I mix sizes?

Yes. Choose the available sizes within a style.

Can I return a custom embroidered item?

Because every order is made to the proof you approve, we only accept returns for defects. If an item arrives defective or doesn't match your approved proof, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it. See our refund policy.
